-I'm a liscenced Cosmetologist located in Greensboro, NC. -ALL appointment have a nonrefundable non-transferable $15,$25 or $50 dollar deposit due at booking. -Remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY! Or you can pay by card. Service fees will be applied. -A 10 minute grace period will begin after your schedule appointment, after 15 minutes a $15 late fee will be added to your balance. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled if we have not spoken prior. Your deposit will be forfeited and a 50% no show fee will be charged. -CANCELATIONS:: IF YOU CANCEL AFTER THE 24 HOUR NOTICE 50% OF SERVICE WILL BE RENDERED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! -All funds collected by me are NON REFUNDABLE. -Please be mindful of my time and other clients. -Emergency appointments can be available for a extra $75, this includes Sundays and appointments after 5pm. -Please come washed, blow dried and product free if not shampoo service will be added for $20 -no extra guest are allowed unless they are being serviced. -after your service is booked you can only change to a service thats of equal or grater value. -Rescheduling:: You are only allowed to reschedule once with the same deposit. Needing to reschedule twice your appointment will be canceled, and you lose your initial deposit. Also when rescheduling Please have your date ready.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no shows or cancelations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. All deposits and fees are NON REFUNDABLE. All bundles, closures,frontals and wigs are NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule do so 24 hours or more before appointment. You are allowed to reschedule with the same deposit once after that your required to rebook appointment with new deposit.
